We charge a flat fixed price for a standard domestic boiler service. Any faults we find are quoted separately in writing before we touch anything — no surprise bills.
How often should a boiler be serviced?+
Once a year, without fail. Most manufacturer warranties require it, and landlords are legally required to hold a valid annual CP12.
How long does a boiler service take?+
A standard domestic boiler service typically takes about an hour. A landlord CP12 on multiple appliances takes longer — we'll tell you upfront.
Do you stamp the benchmark logbook?+
Yes. Every service is recorded in the benchmark logbook and a service sheet is emailed to you the same day — evidence for warranty claims and house sales.
Will you tell me if I need repairs?+
Yes, in writing, with a fixed price. No pressure and no 'while we're here' surprises.
Do you service all brands?+
Yes — Worcester, Vaillant, ATAG, Baxi, Ideal, Viessmann, Alpha and most other domestic gas boilers.
Can you do a landlord CP12 at the same time?+
Yes. We combine the annual service with a full CP12 covering all gas appliances at the property and email the certificate on the day.
What if my boiler hasn't been serviced for years?+
It's not too late. We service it, flag anything that's suffered from neglect, and get you back on an annual cycle.

Yes — Gas Safe registration number 636807. Every gas service is legally required to be carried out by a Gas Safe engineer.
